The Company Expanded into Modular Panel Enclosures for MSME Panel Builders, Achieving the Strict Dimensional Tolerances Required for Drawout PMCC Panels using Conventional Machines. During this Period, Type-Tested Enclosures were Developed and tested as per IS 8623 at CPRI, Bhopal and Bangalore for Short-Circuit withstand, Temperature Rise, and Ingress Protection.
Infrastructure Expansion & Industry Integration
Operations Shifted to Navi Mumbai, Supported by Investments in NC Bending and Shearing Machines and a CNC Turret Punch Press.
Sunesons Achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certification and Commenced Manufacturing of Modular Fixed PMCC Enclosure Solutions, Moving Toward Product Standardisation.
During this Decade, Sunesons became a Life Member of Cosma (Control Panels & Switchgear Manufacturers Association) and a Member of Ieema (Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association), Strengthening Industry Collaboration and Standards Alignment.

Market Expansion & Distributed Execution
Sunesons Expanded its Presence Across India, the Middle East, and South-East Asia, Serving Power, Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, Sugar, Fertilizer, and Infrastructure Sectors.
A Pan-India Network of System Integrators was established to support the local supply of Type-Tested Modular Drawout & Fixed PMCC Panels under the Mötrcon® and Mödulo® Brands, Strengthening OEM Linkage and Scalability.
In the Same Period, Sunesons Completed its First FTTA with ABB Switchgear, Certified by Underwriters Laboratories, as per IEC 61439 Parts 1 & 2, Using Copper Bus Bars.
